Respite Care
Respite care aims to provide short-term and temporary relief to the regular caregiver. Services include personal oversight, ensuring the safety of the client and assisting his/her essential needs.
Personal Care
Our personal care services include non-skilled services that are provided at home to assist the client with activities of daily living, meal preparation, feeding, grooming, hygiene, bathing, and toiling.
Non-Medical
Transportation -
Commercial (CNMT)

Provides transportation to day services, employment services, or places of employment.
Participant Directed HPC
​
Helps with daily living needs while a person serves as the provider’s employer.
Live-In Care
Care is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week on an hourly, overnight or live-in basis, depending on your particular needs and preferences. Services include meal preparation, dressing/grooming assistance, errands, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, recreational activities, nighttime and daytime sitters, daily TLC phone calls and many others.
Residential Respite

Offers a break to caregivers while supporting the person at a facility or friend or family member’s home.
Homemaker Services
Homemaker services include assistance with a client’s general household and housekeeping activities. Our trained staff will help our clients achieve and maintain a safe and healthy home environment.
Nurse Respite Care
Nurse respite care services are provided by a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to meet the skilled nursing needs of the client. Services include tracheotomy care requiring removal, cleaning and replacing the tube, ventilator care, wound care, pain management, administration of tube feeding, suctioning and dispensing of medication post operational care and many others.
Advanced Personal Care
Our advanced personal care includes the provision of skilled services to assist clients with their daily living activities. Services include bowel programs, the range of motion, skin integrity, gastronomy tubes, transfer device and assisting with non-injectable medications
Shared Living

Offers a person help with personal care and activities while they live with a caregiver.
Homemaker Personal Care (HPC) Transportation
​
Supports independence while meeting a person’s daily living needs.
